The key lies in our house-blended spice mix โ€” a closely guarded recipe passed down through generations. We source the finest green cardamom, fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi), and Kashmiri red chillies to achieve that signature vibrant color and balanced mild spice.

Next is the slow-cooking process. The chicken is marinated for 24 hours in a spiced yogurt blend before being charred in our clay tandoor oven, then simmered in a luscious tomato-butter gravy finished with fresh cream. The result is pure comfort on a plate.
